John Clough, a founder of Cooper & Clough, P.C., has extensive civil trial experience. He was a visiting Lecturer on trial tactics and procedure at the University of Colorado Law School. In 1973, he created and was initial Director of the IADC National Trial Academy. He has tried in excess of 150 civil jury trials in Colorado and the nation. He was President of the Colorado Defense Lawyers, the Denver Law Club, and the Penfield Tate, III Inn of Court. He is a Fellow of the American College of Trial Lawyers.
